The Silver Award is undertaken by Tut 2 students and takes a minimum of 6 months to complete.  If students have not completed the Bronze level they can still sign up for Silver, however, they will have to complete one section for an additional 6 months. 

 

Candidates complete 6 months in the Physical Recreation, Skills and Service sections. They must participate in their chosen activity for a minimum of 1 hour per week. We hope that they go above and beyond this time, however if they do, it does not qualify them to finish the award earlier. The emphasis is on commitment and regularity.  Students will log all their activities in the Online Record Book (ORB).

Students who did not complete Bronze must complete an additional 6 months in one of their sections.

 

Students are required to attend regular meetings with their mentor to access and record their progress as well as plan and prepare for their Adventurous Journey.  All students must be available for both the practice trip and the Adventurous Journey trip.
